Review
This one is a nice quick read with great tension and an interesting plot that keeps you turning the page, however my one issue is that I really struggled to connect with any of the characters. They seemed straight up vindictive from only a few chapters in and even not so nice to their “friends” at times. I don’t know whether it’s because I haven’t read book 1 or whether I wasn’t open to them but I think I’ll give book 1 a go and see how I feel then. I loved the LGBTQ romance and I definitely think this one will appeal to a great many readers, there is a lot of emotion in this one!
